Terms and Conditions of Orders with Harrogate Hill Saddlery
Returns Policy:
Please choose carefully. Refunds are only available if the item is
faulty, wrongly described, different to a sample shown, or do not do
what they are supposed to do. Credits in Store or exchanges are
available at the Retail Sales Staff’s discretion, providing the item
is in a re-saleable condition, and original packaging. All returns
must be made within ten days of purchasing the item.
Please note:
We do not
give refunds, credits, or exchanges on ANY item once it has been on
a horse, is dirty, broken, soiled, or unable to be resold for any
reason.
As horses
are all different shapes and sizes, what fits ideally on one horse
may not always fit ideally on another horse. For this reason we only
offer credits or exchanges for stocked items, which are in a
re-saleable condition, and original packaging.
Orders Policy:
Payment is required
before placing any order. There are no returns upon special orders
of non-stocked items, unless they are faulty. Returns of
stocked items are subject to the discretion of the Retail Sales
Staff, and can only be returned for an exchange or credit in store,
unless they are faulty. Payments can be made by Credit Card, PayPal,
or instore via EFTPOS or cash. You will be called once the item
comes into stock, and the item must be collected within 30 days.
Should the purchaser fail to collect the item, the purchaser
forfeits their payment to Harrogate Hill Saddlery, and the item will
be placed into general stock. There are no cancellations of orders.
Lay-by Policy:
When
either the purchaser or retailer cancels a lay-by sale, the
purchaser forfeits all payments of the lay-by.
Should the purchaser fail to
honour the lay-by sale (ie. by non-payment of lay-by by date agreed)
the retailer shall contact the purchaser and advise that the lay-by
will be cancelled after 7 days of notice of advice unless a further
or full payment is received.
Should the purchaser not pay outstanding monies within the 7
days the lay-by will be cancelled, goods returned to stock, and the
purchaser forfeits their payments to Harrogate Hill Saddlery. There
is no cancellation charge if goods are unable to be supplied by the
retailer. Instalments are due twice monthly. The lay-by must be paid
for within two months of the lay-by commencing. Parcels cannot be
broken and must therefore be collected in full. It is the
responsibility of the customer to advise this store of any change of
address.
